2018 Caregivers Conference

On Tuesday, August 28, Christian Hospital Foundation in collaboration with AARP Missouri and Christian Hospital Auxiliary hosted their second annual Caregivers Conference to connect almost 200 caregivers with resources to provide support in daily living and self-care.
