Dr. Shah Welcomed as New Cardiothoracic Surgeon

Dipesh Shah, MD, has joined Nabil Munfakh, MD, to provide cardiothoracic surgery services at Christian Hospital. Dr. Shah completed his fellowship in cardiothoracic surgery at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., and his fellowship in heart failure and thoracic transplantation at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pa. He is an assistant professor of surgery in the division of cardiothoracic surgery at Washington University School of Medicine.

Dr. Shah specializes in off-pump coronary artery bypass graft (CABG); minimally invasive cardiac valve surgery; heart failure surgery; and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR).
