BJC Medical Group Welcomes Tiffany Adams-Holmes, MD, MPH, New Family Medicine Physician

BJC Medical Group is thrilled to welcome Tiffany Adams-Holmes, MD, MPH, to BJC Medical Group at Northwest HealthCare on September 1, 2019. Dr. Adams-Holmes is a board-certified family medicine physician who is accepting new patients of all ages.

Dr. Adams-Holmes received her medical degree and master of public health from Saint Louis University School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University, serving as Chief Family Medicine Resident her final year.  She completed her undergraduate training at Washington University in St. Louis.

Dr. Adams-Holmes chose to practice family medicine because she wants to “be able to care for patients holistically, including their physical and mental health.” She enjoys building bonds with her patients by providing individualized care to each member of the family, even across generations. “My patient care philosophy is that patients are always first and should have an active role in their health care. Every decision that is made will be a collaboration between me and my patients in hopes of improving their health and quality of life.”

As a family medicine physician, Dr. Adams-Holmes is available to care for a variety of patient needs, including vaccinations, asthma treatments, vitamin therapy, weight management, general gynecology and well-woman exams, contraception management, and some minor procedures. She is available for same-day or next-day appointments.

Dr. Adams-Holmes was born and raised in Chicago.  She loved the time she spent in St. Louis while completing her undergraduate and doctor of medicine degrees.  She enjoys going to the movies and riding bikes with her husband. She also loves sports, cooking and baking with her mother, and attending large family events.
