Outpatient Rehabilitation, Therapy and Counseling

When we talk about providing comprehensive care for our community, we emphasize the vital role that therapy and rehabilitation can have in the healing process. That’s why we created our Outpatient Rehabilitation Services facility, conveniently located at Graham Medical Center, across the street from Northwest HealthCare.

Our therapists provide a range of services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy, for pediatric to geriatric patients and everyone in between. They also provide hands-on attention following personalized plans that are designed to achieve the treatment goals most important to you.
