Bracelets Benefit Cancer Resource Center

Christian Hospital Cancer Care Center Bracelets

"Circle of Hope" bracelets are available in the Cancer Resource Center. Thirty percent of sales benefit the Center; the balance funds cancer research. Prices range from $18-$72.

The bracelets are made by volunteers with the organization founded by Fran Lefrak-Brown. A breast cancer survivor since 1990, Lefrak-Brown designed the first Circle of Hope bracelet in 1999 as a life symbol, a sign of sisterhood among women involved in the fight against cancer, and a tangible source of hope and comfort. Sadly, Lefrak-Brown passed away from lung cancer in 2002 at age 59, but the organization she built continues to thrive.

The bracelets can be purchased 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday-Friday.
