Christian Hospital and Northwest HealthCare have received Patient Perception Excellence in Healthcare awards. The awards are based on data from patient surveys compiled by Professional Research Consultants (PRC), the national customer-satisfaction surveyor used by BJC HealthCare and major health care facilities across the nation.
Christian Hospital and Northwest HealthCare received scores of "Excellent" from patients for the following services:
- Overall Top Performer Crystal Award (PRC's highest honor for being in the 100th percentile nationwide) and 5-Star Award to the Cardiac Catheterization Lab for Outpatient Cardiology
- 5-Star Award (90th percentile nationwide) and Top Performer Award to the Cardiac Catheterization Lab for Outpatient Cardiology
- 5-Star Award for Outpatient Radiology Services (90th percentile nationwide) to Northwest HealthCare Radiology
- 4-Star Award for Outpatient Services (75th percentile nationwide) to Christian Hospital
PRC noted that Christian Hospital and Northwest HealthCare's focus on excellence is recognition that both facilities are even better places to work and practice medicine, and for patients to be treated.
