The Just Lose It Weight Loss Challenge is your chance to make that commitment to live a healthy lifestyle. Join your neighbors in this friendly competition to get active, eat healthier and make the lifestyle changes that you have been putting off.
The incentive? If having more energy and looking and feeling healthier are not enough, there are great prizes to help motivate you.
The challenge provides the inspiration you need to make lifestyle changes, get active and lose weight. We provide great guest speakers, free exercise classes, workshops, weekly challenges and incentives for reaching key milestones.
The Top Ten are measured by percentage of weight loss. At the end of 12 weeks, we host an event that celebrates all who completed the challenge, and the Top Ten people with the highest percentage of weight loss will be awarded prizes. Everyone who completes the challenge will receive a gift and have a chance at winning some great prizes.
