Our compassionate, multidisciplinary team of Washington University physicians and specially trained wound care nurses and staff consistently receives high patient satisfaction scores, with more than 90 percent seeing complete healing in 36 days or less. And as the only dedicated wound care center in North St. Louis County, we deliver this world-class care in a convenient location.
To provide our patients with comprehensive care, the Christian Hospital Wound Care and Hyperbarics Centers uses an interdisciplinary approach, including infectious disease management, physical and occupational therapy, laboratory evaluation, vascular education, nutritional and pain management, diabetic education, radiology testing and surgical debridement. Partnered with Healogics, we have access to an extensive database of wound cases, allowing us to utilize evidence-based care in treating our patients.

Your First Appointment
At your first appointment, our wound care team will conduct an in-depth assessment of your wound and conditions that are impacting your wound healing. Working with your personal physician, our specialists will keep your doctor informed of all aspects of your treatment and provide frequent progress reports.
Our approach to care also includes a case manager, who will manage your care and provide resources to you and your family, so you have everything you need to promote continued healing at home, for optimal outcomes.
