A sleep study, also known as a polysomnogram, is a combination of evaluations that are performed while you sleep. The test measures specific sleep characteristics to help diagnose sleep disorders. Learn more about sleep studies. Trained sleep technicians perform the sleep studies. Physicians then evaluate the test results to determine a course of action and resolve sleep-related issues. Sleep studies may be conducted in our comfortable sleep lab or in your home with a wearable device.
